BIOGRAPHY

Riosar was raised primarily by his father, with no documented involvement from his biological mother, leading Riosar to live in a single parent household for the first several years during his childhood. Riosar began exhibiting persistent disciplinary and behavioral problems in school years. These issues prompted involvement of child wellfare services. Riosar was placed into foster care after his father was deemed to be ill-suited to provide level of supervision and structure Riosar required. Records indicate that contact between the two grew irregular before ceasing alltogether, effectively ending prospects for reunification.

Shortly after Riosar reached the age of majority, he enlisted in the military where he demonstrated exceptionaly proficiency with firearms. This aptitude was quickly identified and developed into a specialized skill and eventually was selected for sniper training as well as undergoing surgery for the GHOST eye implants. Personal evaluations deem Riosar to be highly capable and disciplined although his interpersonal conduct remained inconsistent through difficulty responding to authority outside of mission parameters. Riosar's military career ended following the ███████████ █████ █████████. Upon completion of the operation he failed to report and was subsequently classified as absent without leave. His status remains unknown.
