A foreign object was detected to have crashed in the Eden's Reach on 12/25/2067, 6:36. However, further readings detected no further abnormalities about the area. Not even a crash site. Subject was found wandering the area with his twin, whomst he was seperated from during his apprehension. When questioned he stated that he was a "harmless galaxy hitchhiker." He couldn't confirm his age but his playfulness and mischief suggests that he's at oldest 16. However in the presence of his twin, he becomes more subdued and the rational of the two. He is free to explore the branches of the Cerulean with under intense observation as his risk level is decidedly low.
